Rosarium Uetersen is a modern climbing rose from W. Kordes' Söhne , in honor of the Rosarium Uetersen in Uetersen , the oldest and largest rose garden in Northern Germany. The Kordes company bred them from the 'Karlsruhe' and 'Seedling' varieties.

It is an abundantly blooming climbing rose, with an upright and thick bushy growth. Under good conditions it can reach a height of two to three meters. The flower color ranges from light to dark pink, which later changes to shimmering silvery. The up to 11 cm large, hardly scented, rosette-shaped flowers are well filled. The rose leaves are mostly medium to dark green and glossy. They bloom from June to the first frost.

'Rosarium Uetersen' is particularly frost-hardy to −31 ° C ( USDA zone 4 ). It is considered to be particularly weatherproof. The climbing rose is also suitable for trellises, facades and rose arches. Due to its broad, bushy growth, it can also be used as a shrub rose.
