Rosemarie Bühler-Fey

Rosemarie Bühler-Fey (* in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German opera and lied singer ( mezzo-soprano ).

Life

Rosemarie Bühler-Fey studied at the music college in her hometown. During her studies, she received engagements at music festivals and invitations to concerts in Germany and abroad. She belonged to the ensemble at the Nationaltheater Mannheim and took part in numerous productions for radio ( Südwestfunk , Süddeutscher Rundfunk , Saarländischer Rundfunk , BBC London ) and television. From 1982 she taught at the Saar University of Music  in Saarbrücken; In 1995 she was appointed professor of singing there and retired in 2017.

The mezzo-soprano Judith Braun is one of her students .
