Roshni Nadar Malhotra (* 1982 ) is an Indian entrepreneur. According to IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List, she was the richest woman in India in 2019.

Life

Nadar is the only child of Shiv Nadar , the founder of HCL Technologies , and Kiran Nadar . She grew up in Delhi , where she attended Vasant Valley School . She then studied communications at Northwestern University in Illinois . She graduated from the Kellogg School of Management with a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Social Enterprise Management and Strategy.

She worked as a producer in various companies before joining HCL. Within a year of joining HCL, she was appointed Executive Director and CEO of HCL Corporation. She is a trustee of the Shiv Nadar Foundation, which is education focused and has founded some of the best colleges and schools in India. She is married to Shikhar Malhotra, with whom she has two sons.
