Ross Mullan (born January 5, 1967 in Montreal , Quebec ) is a British - Canadian actor .

life and career

The 1.93 m tall Ross Mullan was born in the Canadian city of Montreal , where he grew up and later took part in children's theater plays. He later attended John Abbott College and Ryerson University to participate in their theater programs.

As a result, he first moved to the capital Ottawa and acquired skills in the field of puppetry. After that, however, he moved to the United Kingdom , where he soon joined theater groups performing in Europe and the Middle East, performing works such as Gulliver's Travels and the Sherlock Holmes Stories .

In 2002 he first appeared in front of the camera for the short film Blow Job . It took some time before he took on further engagements in film and television. From 2007 to 2010 he voiced a leading role in the British children's series Bear Behaving Badly . In 2010 he was seen as Pemphredo in a supporting role in the film Clash of the Titans . From 2012 to 2014 he played the role of a White Walker in the hit series Game of Thrones . He was also seen in Howl and the Doctor Who series.
