Roswita Königswieser

Roswita Königswieser (* 1943 in Vienna ) is an Austrian supervisor and organizational consultant and author of numerous specialist books.

Career

Königswieser comes from a family with six children. Her father was a business lawyer and entrepreneur, her mother ran a family business. She attended the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna for two semesters . She completed her studies in social sciences in 1974. She was promoted to Dr. phil is doing his doctorate. After training in group dynamics, Roswita Königswieser works in systemic organizational consulting and, together with her team, developed the approach of complementary consulting . Her core competence is the accompaniment of complex change processes in large and medium-sized companies.

She presented systemic advice, its methods and tools in numerous publications. It uses many practical examples to show how systemic consulting projects are carried out.
