The house Rothenseer Straße 3 is a listed building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the Alte Neustadt district of Magdeburg at the southern end of Rothensseer Straße, on the west side of it. To the south of the house is the also listed building at Rothenseer Strasse 2a , to the north is the house at Rothenseer Strasse 4 .
Architecture and history
The three-story house was built around 1880/1890 as a brick building in the neo-renaissance style. The two outer axes of the seven-axis facade emerge as flat side risalites . The facade is representative with plaster elements. The facade is rusticated on the ground floor . The windows of the bel étage are decorated with pointed projections on the side projections, while the remaining windows have semicircular roofs.
The building is part of a row of houses from the Wilhelminian era.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 81876 .
