Rothmans, Benson & Hedges (RBH) is a transnational company in the tobacco industry . The company is 60% owned by Rothmans Inc. and 40% by the Altria Group ( Marlboro ). RBH is based in Canada .

In 1963 the Swiss company Sullana was incorporated into the group.

The company had sales of $ 394.7 million in 2003 and had nearly 800 employees during the same period. Well-known brand names are Rothmans , Dunhill , Benson and Hedges and Captain Black for pipe tobacco. In 2003 it had a 23% share of the Canadian market.

Rothmans has appeared as a long-term sponsor in motorsport . The Rothmans- Porsche teams in the sports car and Gran Turismo sector and the collaboration with the Williams F1 team in the 1990s are well known.

From 1995 to 2004 there was a collaboration between Benson & Hedges and the Formula 1 team Jordan Grand Prix , who drove with Benson & Hedges advertising on their racing cars and at times also had the brand name in the racing team name.
