Roy Helge Olsen (born January 19, 1965 ) is a Norwegian football referee .

Olsen started refereeing in 1979.

Between 1992 and 2002 he was a FIFA referee. He whistled over 30 international matches for women and men of different age groups, including six men's A international matches. In 1993 he led the final of the U-18 European Championship between England and Turkey (1-0) in Nottingham. He also made 28 appearances in the European Cup.

In 1991 he whistled the Norwegian cup final between Strømsgodset IF and Rosenborg Trondheim , and in 1997 the cup final between Vålerenga IF and Strømsgodset IF.

In the Tippeligaen , Olsen led 195 games.

Roy Helge Olsen is married and has three children.
