The Rubble Glacier (English for bed load glacier ) is a valley glacier on the east coast of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . It is bordered by Giza Peak and a mountain ridge that connects the valley it occupies to the south with the Elephant Ridge .
In scientific reports from the 1960s, it was named Man Pack Glacier and sometimes Louis Glacier . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee decided in 1998 on a descriptive naming. It is named after the debris on the surface of the glacier.
