Rudi Duffke is a former German ski jumper .

Duffke made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament in 1959/60 . After he reached 19th place in the New Year's competition in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , he jumped shortly afterwards in Innsbruck with 13th place to the highest single place on a tour of his career. In the end, he finished 31st in the overall ranking. After he could not repeat this success at the Four Hills Tournament 1960/61 and only reached 53rd place in the overall ranking, he ended his active ski jumping career.
