Rudolf Blügel
Rudolf Blügel (born March 5, 1927 in Neunkirchen (Saar) ; † August 7, 1997 there ) was a German politician ( CDU ).
Blügel passed the skilled worker examination in 1948 and the master craftsman's examination as a mechanical engineer in 1953. In 1958 he joined the CDU. On July 20, 1979, he replaced the resigned MP Werner Zeyer and was a member of the German Bundestag until the end of the 1980 electoral term . There he was a member of the Committee for Spatial Planning, Building and Urban Development.
