Rudolf Hohl (doctor)
Anton Rudolf Hohl (born September 5, 1838 in Halle an der Saale , † June 23, 1872 in Bad Wittekind ) was a German medic .
Life
Rudolf Hohl was the son of Professor Anton Friedrich Hohl . He was trained at a grammar school in Halle and then studied medicine at the University of Halle . He later moved to the University of Würzburg . The first-mentioned university received his doctorate in medicine in 1863 . He then continued his education at the Clinic for Oral Diseases of Eduard Albrecht (1823-1883). Since 1865 he worked in Halle as a general practitioner and dentist. At the university he also received his habilitation in dentistry in 1868 . He died of a lung disease from which he had suffered since 1864.
