Rudolf Huber (politician)

Rudolf Huber (born June 22, 1924 , † April 16, 1997 ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ).

On November 21, 1975, Huber succeeded Stefan Schemer in the Vienna State Parliament and City Council and was a member of this body until May 12, 1977. Thereafter, Huber was between May 12, 1977 and March 31, 1981 district chairman of the 22nd district of Vienna Donaustadt . Huber was buried on May 13, 1997 at the Asperner Friedhof , and in 2003 the Rudolf-Huber-Weg in the Donaustadt district was named in his honor. The Rudolf-Huber-Hof at Quadenstrasse 6–8 is also named after him.
