Rudolf Müller (politician, 1876)

Rudolf Müller (born March 24, 1876 in Büllinghausen ; † 1933 in Detmold ) was President of the Detmold Regional Court .

Life

After graduating from high school in Lemgo, Rudolf Müller studied law in Marburg , Munich and Göttingen . He did his military service as a one-year volunteer in Marburg and passed the first state law examination on July 31, 1899. On February 8, 1900, he received his doctorate with the dissertation "On the legal position of the buyer of an item auctioned in unlawful foreclosure of property". After the second state examination in law, he was appointed court assessor at the Detmold district court on August 11, 1904 . Here he was appointed President of the District Court on January 1, 1923. On September 1, 1926, Müller resigned from his employment and switched to the private sector, where he settled as a lawyer.
