Rudolf Wulff
Johann Rudolf Wulff (born June 14, 1786 in Lotte ; † January 13, 1856 there ) was a German colonel and member of parliament.
Wulff, who was a Protestant denomination, was a colonist in Lotte. From 1826 to 1854 he was a member of the provincial parliament of the province of Westphalia for the state of the rural communities in the constituency of East Münster for the district of Tecklenburg . He was also a member of the First and 1848 of the Second United State Parliament in 1847 .
