Women's Rugby Union World Cup
The Women's Rugby World Cup (Engl. Women's Rugby World Cup ) is the most important international competition for women in the sport of Rugby Union and is held every four years among the twelve best teams in the world. The first two events in 1991 and 1994 were initially not officially recognized by the International Rugby Board (IRB). The IRB has been organizing the business itself since 1998. The current world champions are from New Zealand .
