Jochen Kienbaum

Jochen Kienbaum (born December 8, 1946 in Gummersbach ) is a German management consultant and former chairman of the management of Kienbaum Consultants International GmbH.

Life

After completing his banking training, Jochen Kienbaum studied economics at the TU Berlin . As the son of the founder of Kienbaum Unternehmensberatung, he has been running the business since 1986 and had established the company in the areas of personnel consulting and executive search .

In 2018 his son Fabian Kienbaum took over the management.

In 1999 and 2000 he was President of the Federal Association of German Management Consultants .

In addition to his professional activities, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the German Top Horse Sport Foundation since 2017 and has been a patron and supervisory board member of the VfL Gummersbach handball club for years .

Jochen Kienbaum is the son of the management consultant Gerhard Kienbaum .

In 2019, Jochen Kienbaum was awarded a special lifetime achievement award for his performance and commitment to the consulting industry in Germany.
