Rural Youth Europe (previously known as ECYF4HC - "European Committee for Young Farmers and 4H Clubs" ) is a European government- dependent organization for rural youth.

"Rural Youth Europe" includes some regions of Europe. These are divided into:
- Group I ( Great Britain and Ireland )
- Group II ( Central Europe )
- Group III ( Scandinavia )
- Group IV ( Eastern Europe )
They are represented by four board members who work together with the President, Vice-Presidents and the secretariat of the organization.

Rural Youth Europe has 500,000 members who are part of:
- "Rural youth" organizations (e.g .: rural youth ) that deal with issues that affect both young farmers and other young people who live in the countryside
- "Young farmers'" Organizations that were originally mostly active in the field of agriculture, but are now very much concerned with affairs of youth from rural areas.
- "4H" organizations that offer activities in the fields of agriculture, housekeeping , handicrafts , business management , nature and leisure for children and young people. 4H stands for "Head", "Heart", "Hands" and "Health" (translated: head, heart, hands and health).
