Russian Pool Billiards Championship 2008
The Russian pool championship 2008 was a pool tournament that was held from November 17th to 20th, 2008 in the Russian capital Moscow . The national champions in the disciplines 8-ball , 9-ball , 10-ball and 14/1 endless were determined .
The most successful player was Konstantin Stepanow , who became Russian champion twice and took second and third place each time. In 9-Ball he managed to defend his title from the previous year . Roman Prutschai won the first 10-ball competition . Olga Lewina won two women's titles. Darja Sirotina was Russian 10-ball champion and runner-up in two disciplines.
