Konstantin Wladimirowitsch Stepanow ( Russian Константин Владимирович Степанов ; born  September 26, 1983 in Moscow ) is a Russian pool player .

Among other things, he became vice-European champion in the 14/1 in 2007 and made it to the second round of the 9-ball World Cup in both 2006 and 2007 . He was also always part of the Russian doubles at the 2006 World Cup of Pool . At the 2010 European Pool Billiards Championship , he finally won his first European title in 8-ball in the final against the Swede Marcus Chamat .

He represented Europe in 2007 as the first Russian player ever at the Mosconi Cup , which Europe won 11: 8 against Team USA.

In 2013 he won two Euro Tour tournaments, the Italy Open and the North Cyprus Open .

His nickname in the pool scene is Kosta . He plays with a queue of Falcon .
