The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Italy Open 2013 was the 123rd tournament in the Euro-Tour pool billiards tournament series . It was played from February 28 to March 2, 2013 in Treviso in the 9-ball discipline .

The winner was the Russian Konstantin Stepanow , who won the final 9: 7 against the Swiss Dimitri Jungo .

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in these rounds were determined in a double knockout system .
