Treviso Open 2016

The Treviso Open 2016 was the 146th Tournament of 9-Ball - Pool Billiard Tournament Series Euro tour . They took place from November 24th to 26th, 2016 at the BHR Treviso Hotel in Treviso ( Italy ).

The winner was David Alcaide . The Spaniard secured his second Euro Tour victory with a 9: 6 final victory against the German Joshua Filler . Third place went to Mieszko Fortuński from Poland and Niels Feijen from the Netherlands , who had won the previous Euro Tour tournament, the 2016 Dutch Open . Defending champion was the Englishman Mark Gray , who was eliminated in the round of 16 against Marco Teutscher .

Final round

The 163 participants initially competed against each other in a double knockout system . 32 players qualified for the final round, which was played in the knockout system .
