The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Austria Open 2013 was the 124th tournament in the Euro-Tour pool billiards tournament series . They were held from May 23 to 25, 2013 in St. Johann im Pongau in the 9-ball discipline .

The winner was Niels Feijen from the Netherlands , who beat Greek Alexander Kazakis 9: 4 in the final .

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in these rounds were determined in a double knockout system .
