German Open 2015 (9-Ball)

The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Billard German Open 2015 was the 137th tournament in the Euro-Tour pool billiards tournament series . They took place from June 4th to 6th, 2015 in the town hall of Baunatal and were played in the 9-ball discipline . It was the 21st Euro Tour tournament in Germany and the first since 2012. The winner of the tournament was the Finn Petri Makkonen with a 9: 3 win in the final against Konrad Juszczyszyn from Poland . The Englishman Daryl Peach , who won the German Open 2012 , was eliminated in the preliminary round. The best Germans were Florian Hammer , who was eliminated by Immonen in the semifinals, and Kevin Becker , who lost to Hammer in the quarter-finals. Albin Ouschan was eliminated as the best Austrian in the quarter-finals against Juszczyszyn.

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in this round were determined in a double knockout system .
