Ralph G. Eckert (born March 28, 1965 in Mannheim ) is a German pool player , trainer and trick shot or artistic pool player.

Sports data

At the age of 17 he began to play billiards and was used for the first time four years later (1986) in the Bundesliga , which was followed by an appointment to the German national team, where he was able to establish himself until 1996.

In 1999 he won his first and so far only tournament on the Euro Tour in Antalya and even became number one in the EPBF rankings in 2000 .

Eckert's most successful year followed in 2004, when he secured both the WPA Artistic Pool World Championship in Trick & Fancy Shots and the team competitions of the German and European championships with the PBC Fulda.

In addition to his sporting successes, Ralph Eckert is Germany's best-known billiards author and recognized for his specialist knowledge. Also known internationally as a trainer ("1st Int'l Europe Instructor hc") and has also worked for various national teams (Thailand, Morocco, Denmark, Switzerland, ...). He is also one of the three authors of the PAT training system, Playing Ability Test (PAT), recognized by the World Association (WPA ).
