The BSC Ingolstadt (officially: Billard-Sport-Club Ingolstadt eV ) is a billiard club from Ingolstadt . The club, founded in 1989, became German team champions in pool billiards in 1995 and 1996 .

history

The BSC Ingolstadt was founded in November 1989. In 1990 he became a member of the German Billiard Union . From the 1990/91 season, the club took part in the league game operations of the Bavarian State Association . In the 1992/93 season, the club rose to the 2nd Bundesliga . In the following season he was undefeated champion of the 2nd Bundesliga and thus rose to the 1st Bundesliga . There the club was unbeaten German champions in its first season. In the 1995/96 season he was able to successfully defend the title. In 1997 BSC Ingolstadt was third in the Bundesliga, second in 1998 and relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga in 1999 . In the 2001/02 season the club played again in the 1st Bundesliga. For the 2002/03 season, however, the club's Bundesliga team was canceled.

The club's first team played in the Central-South regional league since the 2015/16 season. After the regional leagues were restructured, the club played in the Landesliga Mitte-Nord in 2017/18 and in the two following seasons first in the Landesliga Franken Mitte and later in the Landesliga Oberbayern Nord.

Sylvia Buschhüter and Oliver Ortmann were German singles champions as players at BSC Ingolstadt .
