The PBC Karlsruhe (officially: Pool Billard Club Karlsruhe eV ) is a billiard club from Karlsruhe . The club, founded in 1981, was German team champion in the pool discipline 8-ball in 1989 and German champion in the 1st Bundesliga pool in 1991 and 1993 .

history

The PBC Karlsruhe was founded in 1981. In 1988 he reached the final of the German 8-Ball Cup and lost there against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen . A year later he became German team champion in 8-ball . In the first season of the Bundesliga Bundesliga , 1990/91, the club became German champions. In 1993 he was again German champion. In 1994 the PBC Karlsruhe took third place in the 1st Bundesliga and from 1995 to 1998 fourth place. Then the Karlsruhe relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga . In 2004, the club was seventh in the Baden-Württemberg League and then announced its team from the league game. From the 2006/07 season he again took part in the league with five teams. The first team played in the regional league from 2008 to 2011 and finally in the district league until 2013. Since the 2013/14 season, the club no longer takes part in league games.
