The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Billard Portugal Open 2015 was the 136th tournament in the Euro-Tour pool tournament series . They took place from April 23 to 25, 2015, following the 2015 European Championships in the Hotel Resort Ria Park in Vale do Lobo in the Algarve and were played in the 9-ball discipline . It was the sixth Euro Tour tournament in Portugal.

Mateusz Śniegocki from Poland won the tournament with a 9-3 win in the final against Sweden. The Austrian Mario He was eliminated in the semi-finals. Ralf Souquet was the best German when he reached the quarter-finals, the best Swiss was Ronald Regli , who was eliminated in the quarter-finals against Śniegocki. The Englishman Chris Melling , who won the last Euro Tour tournament in Portugal with the Portugal Open 2010 , did not take part. The four European champions were eliminated early; Niels Feijen and Alexander Kazakis in the quarter-finals, Francisco Díaz-Pizarro and Nick van den Berg in the round of 32. The 14-year-old Poland Wiktor Zieliński was one of the youngest players to reach the finals of a Euro Tour tournament. In the round of 32 he was eliminated against the Portuguese Miguel Silva .

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in this round were determined in a double knockout system .
