The Diamond Nine / Dynamic Castel Brando Open 2013 was the 127th tournament in the Euro-Tour pool billiards tournament series . They were played from November 7th to 9th, 2013 in Cison di Valmarino in the 9-ball discipline .

The winner was the German Ralf Souquet , who won the final 9: 1 against the Italian Daniele Corrieri .

From the sixteenth finals, the games were played in the knockout system . The 32 participants in these rounds were determined in a double knockout system .
