Daryl Peach (born March 8, 1972 in Castleford , West Yorkshire ) is an English pool player .

Career

He celebrated his first major international success in 1995 when he won the World Pool Masters . His greatest success so far, however, is winning the 2007 World Cup in 9-ball pool . Together with Mark Gray , he moved into the final of the 3rd World Cup of Pool in 2008 , but then lost to Team USA.

So far he has won four tournaments on the Euro Tour ( 2007 in Sindelfingen , 2009 in Porto , 2010 in Treviso and 2012 in Brandenburg ). At the pool team world championship 2010 he was part of the victorious English quintet.

In addition, Europe has represented twice at the Mosconi Cup ( 1995 and 2007 ). His nickname on the billiards scene is The Dazzler .

From the 1991/92 season , Peach played for five years as a professional on the Snooker Main Tour . His best results were reaching the round of 128 at the Dubai Classic in 1993 and the Grand Prix in 1994 as well as reaching the seventh qualifying round at the 1993 World Cup .
