Ruth Seelmann

Ruth Seelmann (born October 11, 1914 in Hamburg ; † October 26, 2010 ) was a German writer .

Life

Ruth Seelmann was born in Hamburg in 1914. After training as a foreign language correspondent, she also worked as a freelance writer in the 1980s.

In 1986 her first children's book was published with the title Albert and Egon: Two children in care find a new home . In 1989 the volume of short stories The abandoned house of St. Fernand was published. In 1999 she also took part with a story in the Anthology: 21 Stories for Adults .

Ruth Seelmann died on October 26, 2010 at the age of 96.
