Ruthild Busch-Schumann

Ruthild Busch-Schumann (* 1900 in Cologne ; † 1989 ) was a German children's book author and illustrator .

As a child, Ruthild Busch-Schumann received drawing and painting lessons from her mother. After finishing school, she studied at the applied arts schools in Hanover and Dresden. She wrote and illustrated numerous children's books with watercolors and paper cutouts.
