Ryōma Watanabe ( Japanese 渡邊 凌 磨 Watanabe Ryōma ; born October 2, 1996 in Higashimatsuyama ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Watanabe learned to play soccer on the school team at Maebashi Ikuei High School and the university team at Waseda University . He signed his first contract in 2015 with FC Ingolstadt 04 II . In July 2018, he moved to Albirex Niigata . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed 28 league games. In 2020 he moved to league rival Montedio Yamagata .
