Career
Kawano learned to play football in Shonan Bellmare's youth team . He signed his first contract with Shonan Bellmare in 201. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . In 2014 he was loaned to third division club Fukushima United FC . For the club, he completed four league games. In 2015 he moved to Verspah Ōita . In 2018 he moved to the third division YSCC Yokohama . For the club he completed 66 league games. In 2020 he moved to the second division Mito HollyHock .
