Ryan Williams (born March 26, 2000 ) is a track and field athlete from Namibia who competes in the shot put and discus throw .

Athletic career

Ryan Williams gained his first international experience in 2017 at the U18 World Championships in Nairobi , where he was eliminated in the qualifying discus throw with 53.83 m. Two years later he won the bronze medal in the shot put with the 6 kg ball at the Junior African Championships in Abidjan with 16.02 m and also secured the bronze medal in the discus throw with the somewhat lighter discus with a width of 53.37 m. He then took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time and finished sixth there with 53.01 m.

From 2017 to 2019 Williams was Namibian champion in discus throw and in 2017 and 2019 also in shot put.
