is a place and a former municipality ( Freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese district of Arcos de Valdevez . 137 inhabitants lived in the community (as of June 30, 2011).

On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Sá, Vilela and São Cosme e São Damião were merged to form the new municipality União das Freguesias de Vilela, São Cosme e São Damião e Sá .
