Sécré Richard Kouamé

Sécré Richard Kouamé (born May 2, 1958 in Tiassale ) is an Ivorian politician. During the government crisis of 2010/2011 , he was Minister of Tourism and Crafts in the Aké N'Gbo government from December 5, 2010 to April 11, 2011 . He is a member of the Parti Démocratique de Côte d'Ivoire (PDCI).

Life

Kouamé was Deputy Head of the Constituency of Commune et Sous-Prefecture de Tiassale and a member of the Commission for Social and Cultural Affairs since 2000 .

As a member of the Aké N'Gbo government, Kouamé was subject to European Union sanctions from January 11, 2011 . He was not allowed to enter the EU and his funds were frozen.
