Ahoua Don Mello (born June 23, 1958 in Bongouanou ) is an Ivorian politician.

During the government crisis of 2010/2011 , he was Minister for Infrastructure and Wastewater Management in the Aké N'Gbo government from December 5, 2010 to April 11, 2011 .

In response to the declaration by the West African Economic Community (ECOWAS) the day before that Ouattara's election victory could be enforced by external force if necessary, Mello declared on December 25, 2011 that an attack by other African governments on the Ivory Coast could quickly turn into a civil war. He was playing on the millions of emigrants from West African countries in the Ivory Coast whose violent expulsion could result. He spoke of a " Western conspiracy led by France ".

Like other members of the Aké N'Gbo government, Mello was subject to sanctions by the European Union from January 11, 2011 . He was banned from entering the EU and his accounts were frozen.
