The Sölch Glacier is a glacier on the Loubet coast of Graham Land in the north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It flows west to Salmon Cove on the east bank of Lallemand Fjord .
The first aerial photographs were taken between 1956 and 1957 during the Falkland Islands and Dependencies Aerial Survey Expedition . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1960 after the Austrian geographer, geologist and glaciologist Johann Sölch (1883-1951).
