The Salmon Cove is a bay at the Loubet coast of Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 6 km southeast of McCall Point on the east bank of Lallemand Fjord .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and aerial photographs from the years 1956 to 1959. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it on July 7, 1959 after the British meteorologist Eric Michael Paul Salmon (1927–1991) who worked several times for FIDS in Antarctica between 1950 and 1956 and visited this bay in 1956.
