South Franconia

In contrast to Northern Franconia, southern Franconia means :

  • a non-administrative geographic region that forms the southern part of the Bavarian administrative district of Middle Franconia, which actually belongs to Eastern Franconia (see district of Roth and district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen , which together also form the BRK district association of Southern Franconia - consisting of the former district associations of Roth-Schwabach and Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen - form)
