The Südhausbau is a 1936 in Munich as a subsidiary of Munich-based construction company Karl Stohr based nonprofit housing corporation .

history

Südhausbau built around 20,000 apartments and houses with living space for around 55,000 people in 25 Bavarian cities in Germany during the Second World War and in the post-war period .

It was the first private housing association in Bavaria and in 1955 Paul Ottmann took over the management.

present

A group of companies consisting of eight partners is currently developing the settlement project together with ARGE Poing .
