The Südwestpark in the Gebersdorf district of Nuremberg, north of the Nürnberg-Stein train station, has been an industrial park that has existed since the early 1990s. Medium-sized companies as well as international corporate groups from numerous industries are located here. The business park covers around 14 hectares. Around 230 companies offer over 8,000 jobs.

The premises include the studio of the private broadcaster Franken Fernsehen , the headquarters of the office equipment manufacturer Triumph-Adler and the fashion company Madeleine, as well as branches of the direct bank ING , the Techniker Krankenkasse and the mobile network operator Telefónica Germany (O 2 ). There is also an integrated local supply center, doctors, a hotel with conference rooms, various restaurants, sports and fitness facilities, a supermarket, hairdresser, physiotherapy and a day nursery in the Südwestpark. Parking spaces are mainly to be found in the four parking garages and most of them are reserved for employees and hotel guests.

The Südwestpark, which is characterized by a green landscape around the commercial property, is located directly on the west bank of the Main-Danube Canal ; the junction of the parallel south-west bypass can be reached via a bridge.
