Sōichi Tanaka ( Japanese 田中 奏 一 Tanaka Sōichi ; born June 27, 1989 in Setagaya ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Tanaka learned to play soccer in the youth team of FC Tokyo and the university team of Keio University . He signed his first contract with Fagiano Okayama in 2012 . The club played in the second highest league in the country, the J2 League . For the club he completed 91 league games. In 2018 he moved to third division club Kagoshima United FC . In 2018 he was runner-up in the J3 League with the club and was promoted to the J2 League. At the end of the 2019 season, the club was relegated to the J3 League.
