The sports club Vorwärts 1910 Breslau or briefly Vorwärts Breslau was a German football club from Breslau .
history
The club was founded in 1910 and chose black, white and blue as its club colors. In 1920 the club rose to the top division, the district league of Central Silesia.
The association was included in the newly founded Gauliga Schlesien in 1933 .
At the end of the 1934/35 season , the team was surprisingly runner-up behind SpVgg Vorwärts-Rasensport Gleiwitz .
In 1938 the team had to relegate to the Central Silesia District League and returned for a year in the 1940/41 season.
In 1943 the club rose to the Gauliga Lower Silesia and reached first place in the table in the last season in the Breslau 1 season. A game operation in the 1944/45 season is not recorded. At the end of the war in 1945 , the association expired.
Venue
The Vorwärts-Platz on 51er Straße (formerly Lange Gasse) has been handed down as the venue for SC Vorwärts Breslau .
