The SD Croatia Berlin is a Berlin football club . The club plays its home games in the Friedrich-Ebert-Stadion , currently the 1st team plays in the Berlin League .
The club was founded by Croatian Stammingen as NK Hajduk Berlin in 1972. In 1989 he merged with NK Croatia . Then began a series of successes for the club, which led from the 8th division to the regional division . The 1998/99 season in the Regionalliga ended with an expected last place.
In addition to field football, SD Croatia Berlin has a very successful futsal team. In 2010 and 2011, the unofficial German championship was won here with the DFB Futsal Cup , as well as the Northeast German Futsal Cup in 2008, 2010, 2011 and 2012. In the 2010/11 UEFA Futsal Cup they were eliminated in qualifying group D in second place behind AGBU Ararat from Cyprus, and in 2011/12 they were eliminated in third in group A.
