The Swiss Courses for Business Management Association (SKU) (formerly also: Swiss Courses for Business Management ) was founded in 1953 under the umbrella organization of the BWI Business Science Center of the ETH Zurich by representatives from the University of St. Gallen and the Swiss Foundation for Applied Psychology, which was dissolved in 1996 was founded. It goes back to the initiative of Hans Ulrich in particular , who was significantly involved in both the conception and the content ( St. Gallen management model ).

SKU is a non-profit organization based in Zurich, whose purpose is to support companies of all sizes and from all industries in the area of ​​their top management development.

Their training program, which is now called the SKU Executive Management Program , includes training weeks in Switzerland and abroad (currently in Berlin and Chongqing). The program has been a certificate program at the University of St. Gallen (CAS HSG) and at the Institute for Systemic Management and Public Governance since 2019 . Around 4,500 senior executives with an average age of 44 have completed the SKU since it was first carried out in 1954.
