The sports club Schopfheim 1912 eV (short SV Schopfheim ) is a sports club in the district of Lörrach in the south of Baden-Württemberg . The club has departments for football, tennis, table tennis, boxing and sport for everyone. The first soccer team played continuously from 1946 to 1968 in the 1st Amateur League South Baden.
history
The association was founded on April 23, 1912 as FV Schopfheim. On June 16, 1946, it was dissolved and ASV Schopfheim was founded as its successor. In 1949 the name was changed to SV Schopfheim.
The first soccer team was promoted to the highest division in southern Baden in 1946. She was a member of this group until she was relegated in 1968. From 1968 to 1973 and from 1977 to 1979 she played in the 2nd amateur league. From 1973 to 1977 and since 1979 you can only find the footballers of the club in the divisions of the Hochrhein district, most recently in the district league A.
