The class could then be held until 1956/57 , because after that the club rose from the now two-pronged league as eleventh in the West season with 15:29 points. Last years

In the 2001/02 season the club played in the district league B - district Trier / Saarburg and took fifth place there. After that there was no game operation for a long time and for the 2007/08 season it was first with the youth team and then in the following season in a game community together with TuS Euren again, here the starting place of the TuS, which has just entered the district league, was taken over A had ascended. At the end of the season, the SG placed fourth with 47 points. After the 2009/10 season, however, the team rose back to the district league B as the last of the table with only 7 points and 107 goals conceded. However, this only affected TuS. Since the syndicate was dissolved, the SV had to compete again as an independent team from now on in the district league C. There the team finished fifth with 41 points. After the 2011/12 season, they even managed to climb up to the district league B again as champions, but the team had to leave this immediately with three points and only one completed game. If you managed a 2: 3 away win against your former partner TuS Trier on August 19, 2012, the home game against SG Saarburg / Saar had to be canceled when the score was 0: 4 in the 65th minute.

A player from Trier-West saw the red card first after a gross unsporting behavior. Then he attacked another SG player with a kick from behind in the abdomen. Due to the storm that followed, the referee broke off the game. After threats from home fans against players of the opposing team and the referee, there was also a police operation. The referee later noted that he originally wanted to de-escalate in the second half of the game.

On September 3, 2012, the District Chamber decided on a two-year suspension for the fouling player. The club was also suspended for two months until November 26th. As a result, the club stopped playing at all and stopped playing. On January 18, 2017, the association was then deleted from the association register.
