Sabatier is a small impact crater near the eastern edge of the front of the moon on the southwestern edge of Mare Marginis . The closest named crater is Neper Crater in the southeast.
Sabatier shows an almost circular shape with a low outer crater wall. The circular crater floor takes up about half the crater diameter.
